Conferences!

Hartville Elementary is moving towards a web based Parent/Teacher Conference scheduling program. The program is called “MyConferenceTime”.

Benefits of “MYCONFERENCETIME” for Parents

ü  Parents sign up for an available conference and immediately know the date and time of the appointment.

ü  Parents receive confirmation email after signing up.

ü  Parents simply sign up – no username/password to remember.  Only school staff members have accounts.

ü  Parents who do not have Internet access can be signed up by calling the Hartville Elementary office @ 330-877-4278.  The teacher will then contact the parent to set up a time.  You can also send a note in to the teacher.

ü  All information is confidential and secure via 128-bit encryption.

ü  Parent and student names are visible only to staff members who are logged in.
